For almost 24 years, Rachel Blogg has been providing short-term and long-term counseling services. She also has been specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) since 2009. DBT is solution-focused and tailored to each patient’s personal needs.
Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Child Psychology from the University of Florida in 1993. She has been intensively trained in DBT by Behavioral Tech and leads a consultation team that meets weekly in South Florida.
Rachel works with adolescents and adults and provides individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as skills training groups. Rachel is licensed in Florida, New York, Colorado, Connecticut, Missouri, California as well as Virginia.
