Since 1997, Rachel Blogg has been providing short-term and long-term counseling services supporting ambitious, high-achievers, athletes, and UHNW individuals, offering both in-person and online services focusing on confidentiality, emotional balance and work-life balance. She has been specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) since 2009. DBT is solution-focused and tailored to each patient’s personal needs. She is trained to work with anxiety/mood disorders, grief and loss, chemical dependency, and personality disorders, particularly Borderline Personality Disorder. Rachel is also creator and host of Perfectly Imperfect Me 365 Podcast.

Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Child Psychology from the University of Florida in 1993. She holds a Master of Social Work from Florida International University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (FL, NY, VA, CO, CT, MO, CA, OR, ME & PA). She has been intensively trained in DBT by Behavioral Tech and leads a consultation team that meets weekly in South Florida. Rachel is also a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Interns.
