For almost 25 years, Rachel Blogg has been providing short-term and long-term counseling services. She also has been specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) since 2009. DBT is solution-focused and tailored to each patient’s personal needs.

Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Child Psychology from the University of Florida in 1993. She holds a Master of Social Work from Florida International University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (FL -SW6119, NY - 090641, VA - 090413221, CO - CSW.09927642, CT - 11816, MO - 2022011809, CA - 109417, OR - L150002). Rachel has been in private practice since 1997 and has experience working with anxiety / mood disorders, grief and loss, chemical dependency, eating disorders, and personality disorders, particularly Borderline Personality Disorder. She has been intensively trained in DBT by Behavioral Tech and leads a consultation team that meets weekly in South Florida.

Rachel works with adolescents and adults and provides individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as skills training groups. Rachel is licensed in Florida, New York, Colorado, Connecticut, Missouri, California, Oregon and Virginia.
